I deviated from the recommended yeast which had a lower attenuation rate, I used this normal one to get a higher attenuation rate which will make it dryer. The FG during bottling was 1.012, I don't know why it was much lower, maybe mixing in the alcohol? maybe fermented more?

Recipe Notes: fermented over at the 24 hour mark, huge mess, but no big deal, put cacao nibs in the secondary fermentor for a couple weeks after first fermentation … prob shouldn't have used 6 gallon secondary fermentor
